A special single- origin offering grown by the Sookoo Co-op in Guji, Ethiopia. This natural-processed Heirloom Varietal has the distinctly fruity and floral notes that Ethiopian coffees are famous for, and is a pleasant brewing and drinking experience for beginners and pros alike. We roast this coffee lightly to highlight its intrinsic characteristics; upon cupping, we noticed distinct honeycrisp apple sweetness, along with white florals like jasmine, and light stone fruit. Grown by the COMSA co-op in Honduras, this single-origin offering is a complex and unique coffee, offering some flavors that are rather unusual in coffee, although very pleasant. Upon cupping, we noticed bright citrus flavors, dry red wine, and whole red peppercorn, which shows itself through a subtle sweetness and a slight spicy end. Cupping this one was an exciting “eureka” moment, and we really hope you get to experience that through brewing it at home. Grab yours today!
Created from Colombian and Guatemalan washed coffees, this Espresso blend is intentionally designed to pair well with milk. This is a carefully developed medium roast, and cupping these coffees together brought out sweetness likened to dark chocolate, plum, and almond. When properly pulled, the chocolate and stone-fruit notes shine through, providing a balanced, syrupy espresso; and while it’s suited for milk drinks, it’s a very pleasant experience by itself.
